One of the best family set up assisted living facilities in Tempe. The owner is a very knowledgeable and honest person. The care that they offer is exceptional! Highly recommend!

Krystyna takes such good care of her residents, that people come here with cancer having a year to live while they make it another 7 years! She makes home made juice for them, make sure theyre well taken care off, often goes out of her way to accommodate, and treats everyone as if they were her own family. I highly recommend this assisted living!

Living in one of K and Rs Assisted Living places is a joy especially if you have a good attitude. The house is a home where you can feel free to do as you would in your own home. With only 5 residents the caretaker is closeby to assist in anything that you need or want. The owner does everything in her power to make her residents comfortable even to buying you a new blouse or shirt or new shoes when she findssomething that might brighten your day.The meals are full of fresh vegetables and fruit. Seldom are canned food included in the menu. If you have diet restrictionsthey are modified to your needs. Once a week live music is brought in for entertainment. There is a house doctor if the need comes up. And of course if you need to go to an outside doctor appointment an arrangement is made to take you and bring you back.I have been a resident for 2 1/2 years and it has been basically a happy time for me.

***** STAY AWAY *****Every time I would visit there would be new employees. They would wash all of the cloths together. My mom never had any of her cloths on it always belonged to someone else. We were told that she would cover expenses like depends, cloths etc... That wasnt the case once we moved her in. The owner is very bossy. We made her plenty aware of moms condition but she refused to feed her the proper diet. We spoke with another patients responsible party and they have had the same issues. We moved mom to a much better place. The owner even refused to give moms meds as when we were moving her to a new location. If you are considering moving loved on in here you might want to consider ANYWHERE else.
