As a former employee....never having enough food for 3 meals as well as snacks and cookies (even tho we were required to follow a menu for the wk - rarely having the ingredients for 3 meals +). Writing the 'meals' down so when family comes they could ''see' that their family member was being feed per 'the book'. Rarely had gloves to change residents. Not enough employees to help cover all shifts. It. Was. Horrible.
