I have had occasion to work with Whitney in the Adult Day Program and am very impressed with the level of caring and commitment that Cascade has for its participants. This is not always and easy population to serve and they appear to be doing it with the utmost kindness and compassion. I am looking forward to continuing to develop a relationship with this provider of important services to this vulnerable population. Keep on keeping on, Cascade Park!

I have worked for Cascade Park Communities since Feb 2014. I started out as the evening shift floor nurse and very shortly (6 months) was given the opportunity to join the Administrative Team as the Admissions Coordinator for one program. Since then, I have grown into the role of Admissions Manager and have been given so many more opportunities to gain insight into other roles in the company. If you show initiative, a collaborative mindset, and hard work, the growth opportunities at Cascade Park Communities (Gardens, Vista, Active Day) are countless and the team is eager and excited for you to advance! They truly go above an beyond to help you set and then reach your career goals. In addition to that, their mission fully aligns with my values and makes me proud to be a part of a company that contributes so much to the Seniors in our community.
