If l could give a ZERO l would. Ever since they have had a change in management, the care for my mom has been horrible. They apparently let anyone have the Director position these days. The new lady in charge, Robin, is a complete idiot. I called corporate, but apparently my complaint to them isnt a big deal. In the process of moving my mom now. Stay away from this place, especially if this Robin lady is still in charge. Stupidity at its best.

As an employee at Live Oak Village for almost 2 years I can say that after recent changes in administrative management I have heard more positive feedback from our residents and staff than the entire time I have worked for Live Oak Village. CSL/Live Oak Village is a wonderful place to work and a wonderful place for your loved ones to live.

Do not move your loved one in to this horrible place! The management staff has no clue as to how to run an office let alone a business. The care is as bad as the office management.
