As a family member of someone who recently stayed there, I give this place 5 stars! The staff is very knowledgeable and supportive to the residents and family members. The phone was answered every time I called and all my questions were answered thoughtfully. My family member had a positive experience as well and gained a lot of insight about mental illness while being there. A big thank you to John, one of the case managers there. I truly appreciate your time, knowledge and compassion. You're truly an expert in your field!

Oh this place is ridiculous, my son lived there, was told he had to move, when I asked why,I was told Washington state allows them to evict people with no explanation.I KNOW WHY!! My son is autistic, and they can't handle it,they say they can but they can't!! They told him he couldn't have his meds, said he refused meds when he was actually asleep! Hegit list,we asked them to call the puyallup police, and THEY DID NOTHING! I sent a complaint to the Ombudsmen, so we will see if they step in.I DO NOT recommend this place!
