So far we are not impressed with linden grove. We are on our second day and so far they have not followed the doctors orders of having her weighed every morning to check for weight gain due to water retention. The first day she wasnt weighed until I come after work at 4pm and today being the second day they have still not weighed her as of 930. She was supposed to be weighed before breakfast but has already had breakfast. It seems this place is a little short on staff if they are not able to comply with doctors orders.

Terrible place to work and leave your loved ones. I would NEVER leave my mom or any loved ones here! They are forever understaffed and over work the staff they do have and do not appreciate them. The director of nursing is trying to make it a better place but while doing so she treats the staff horribly and instead of uplifting staff, she tears them down. Which is why they are so understaffed. No one wants to work there. The bath aide gets pulled to the floor weekly and residents are lucky if they get one shower a week. Because they cant staff enough people the residents do not get the care they deserve or need. I now work in another facility and when people find out that I used to work here, the reaction I ALWAYS get is Oh that place is BAD or That place is still running?! Linden Grove Health Care is known all over the area and nobody has anything good to say about it.

I agree they are way under staffed. There half staffed. The help light is worthless. No one knows anything. The place stinks because residents aren't showered enough. I know! The therapist didn't have all the needed info to do a good analysis for proper care. The food is disgusting. If you have family there you better get them out or be there everyday!

This place is nasty and disgusting I had to leave my grandmother there I feel horrible leaving her there on my way out a woman whispered if there was anyway she could escape all the men I saw in the facility looked like skin and bones none were coherent and those photos are ALL DECEIVING it and on top of all this I just found out it took my grandmother 45min to get a bed pan
