Either not trained or just lazy these so called care givers can't cook, clean, or give personal care. The supervisor hasn't trained and doesn't ever go check on work. Most work is serve simple breakfast wash pan sweep the middle of the floor and take out garbage. Combing our brushing hair doesn't happen skin examination for breaks not done. They excel at texting playing phone games sitting watching tv. Being late missing days. Most in undependable in the basin. Don't even clean up urine on floor when client had minor accident. Training is needed.
