There are many factors as to why I am giving this place a 1 star rating. A few of them being the lack of professionalism towards the patients. In addition, the vast amount of disrespect and poor care provided to handicap people. It hadnt been 24 hours of my grandmothers stay at the facility when the first incident occurred. After finding what the problem was, I decided to let management know and not very much was done, other than a very poor choice of words and disrespect. Worse yet, those words were from the facilitys nurse supervisor . I can continue to list more things, but this wont make Columbia Crest a better place, nonetheless.
