This is for the assisted living facility, Elizabeth House, not the rehab. My grandma lived there for two years and it was ok at first, but got worse after the first year. Grandma needed assistance with daily dressing, bathing and mobility. When the supervisory staff was gone for the day or on the weekends, the CNAs did not give the help needed either quickly or pleasantly. A new director came and it all got worse, not better! He wouldn't even speak to residents' families, just hid in his office. My family had to spend more money to go some place else, but lower costs are not worth the tears Grandma cried.
