After experiencing CrossRidge for the past few years, I can honestly say that I am still impressed while walking the grounds and sidewalks with my dog. I don't live here but I love it. Meticulously kept, quiet, clean, and adorned with beautiful landscaping, I can't think of a nicer community to live in. The gate keeps out the riff raff and there are many cul de sacs which help to enhance the solitude. The residents are extremely friendly for the most part and almost everyone waves to you when they drive by. It's golf cart friendly but not necessary to have one, and Publix is just a couple of minutes away. I'm only about 37/38 at the time but I hear they let a certain % of people live in CrossRidge if they are under 55. It may be time for me to investigate this! No wonder properties here sell so quickly!
