Dementia Unit: VERY LIMITED, UNPROFESSIONSL STAFF. NOT ENOUGH STIMULATION AT ACTIVITY TIME FOR DEMENTIA PATIENTS. STUCK THEM IN FRONT OF THE TELEVISION. I ALWAYS FELT AWKWARD AROUND SOME OF THE STAFF DUE TO THEIR PERFORMANCE HANDLING THE PATIENTS. UNFORTUNATELY, MY MOTHER WAS HOUSED THERE FOR A FEW MONTHS. SHE WAS NOT FREQUENTLY MONITORED AT NIGHT. ON ONE PARTICULAR NIGHT, SHE GOT OUT OF BED AND FELL IN THE BATHROOM; THEREBY, FRACTURING HER SPINE. SHE PASSED WITHIN A FEW WEEKS AFTER THAT INCIDENT. AS I LOOK BACK, I REGRET NOT TAKING ACTION AGAINST THE FACILITY.

My Mother-in-law stays here and loves all the care she gets 24hrs a day. She goes to all the activities that keeps her social and active. We don't have to worry as she gets so much love from staff and management, its like they have always been our friends. I highly recommend this place for any aging parents or love one.
