I have called this facility for my dads transfer probably close to 20 times in the last couple of weeks, and it is near impossible to try to get anyone on the phone that can help me. After 1-2 mins of the phone ringing at the front desk/ operator, someone answers and she hardly ever knows where to transfer me, sometimes is even rude about it. When transferred, I am almost always transferred to the wrong person and/or the person I am trying to reach does not answer (this is always within business hours!!) so I leave a VM (with social services and health and wellness) and no one ever gets back with me.
