The Staff doesn't know their own procedures. Ask 3 different people the same question and you will get 3 different answers. Then they will blame you for their inaccuracy. I wouldn't kennel a rabid dog here much less a loved one. Thank God I never have to go back to that place again.

I can't say enough great things about Deane Hill Place. Everyone treated my father with great love and compassion. So grateful we found this facility after several horrible mistakes. Thanks for all your great care!
