Horrible place to work management sucks dont have enough employees on the floor under new management I am warning any one that wants to work here dont do it. Med techs are in a lot of trouble they set u up for failure.management have favorites they pick and choose who they like to help out . They dont care about the residents at all the new management is selfish and they tell lies.

Very clean facility with sweet residents I use to work with this company. Im happy this facility has new management because the last director and nurse was going to run this place in the ground. I miss all the residents at this facility great memories if your looking for a place to call home for your family I would definitely recommend because the workers are Great and the facility is very comfortable. If you were looking for a job before new management I would have told you to run far away!!! But I have friends who still work with this company and Ive heard nothing but good so far

Gateway Gardens Assisted Living in Bethlehem is a wonderful adult community. Every time I am in the building it is apparent how attentive the staff is with the residents and how happy they are to be here. There always seems to be an activity happening. It is great to see how active engaged everyone is.

Beautiful facility with excellent staff. All staff members know the residents and treat them with kindness and respect. The Memory Care unit staff are well trained and provide the appropriate assistance to their residents.
