I called recently to find out information. The woman on the phone was pleasant until thr end of the conversation. I inquired if they had independent living apartments. She mentioned that not at the Spartanburg location, but they did in the Anderson location. I said that may be too far a drive for my mother and thanked her. She literally just hung up the phone. No thank you for your time....nothing. Just hung up. I feel like that is not great customer service or phone etiquette. Not impressed at all.
