The staff have an attitude that providing good care is not their job. The staff that DID care were fired and replaced with do nothing staff. I wouldn't leave a half blind, 3 legged dog in their care.

My mother just moved in a month and a half ago. I feel like no one ever answers the phone, which is a problem when needing to speak to the med room regarding her medication. Also Ive noticed a huge turnover, I assume thats due to management.
