Came in to volunteer for the residents and they didn't have anything together. I never visited a facility where they didn't do much for the residents during the holidays. The one lady promised the residents doughnuts, and she came back empty handed. I feel sorry for the residents that live here. Someone should've baked cookies or something. The residents were in a room watching a movie, and all they had was hot chocolate. Very unorganized

My mother has been at the Glen for almost a year and during that time, I cannot say enough good things about her care there. The Glen has truly been a God-send to my mother and our family. The staff is always caring, attentive and professional, and I appreciate everything they have done to help my mother when my abilities to do so were limited.
