As an employee, I have found myself excited and thrilled to come into Juniper Village at Lebanon. I enjoy spending my day working with the residents and along side my co-workers. Juniper village is filled with so many different activities and the sound of laughter. I would recommend Juniper Village at Lebanon to seniors that are looking for a wonderful place to live, and anyone that is looking for an amazing place to work!

I am a doctor and run an exercise program at Juniper Village for 5 years now. I've visited many times and have gotten to know many members of the staff and folks who live there too. I've been really impressed that people really seem to care there and that folks seem happy to be there, the grounds are really nice and the staff is warm and helpful. It feels very home-y. I would definitely recommend it to a family member of patient.

As a Juniper employee for over 7 years, I can honestly say that this is most fulfilling and rewarding position I've held in my more than 20 years in the workforce. Working with seniors and sharing my passion of helping others with my co-associates is the best paycheck one could ask for.
