The ED is amazing, activities are always going on-they are engaging, purposeful and person centered, dining services-always multiple choices available and the chef can cook! Clinical services is on point and I would 100% feel confident with my loved one living there!

My sister is a resident at this facility. Everything they promised 4 months ago at move in time has been ignored. They promised to make sure she wore her dentures and hearing aids during waking hours. She never has either in the last 2 months since management changed. 'It's too difficult to keep up it'. Now they want me to move her after saying she'd be well taken care of for years at that location. They make used car sales people look honorable.
