My father was taken here on 4/19/19. He passed here on 4/20/19. He was transferred here straight from the hospital. Between the hospital and gateway gardens the entire process was horrible and everything was confusing and messy. He was fed no solid foods and DID NOT have food restrictions. He was given no pain medicine and was in pain. He fell from his bed twice the first night there. Out of town family could not reach him because the staff had given us the wrong building and room number. He died within 24 hours of being at gateway gardens. They sent my aunt (a contact on file) flowers.. no follow up calls, nothing else.. no explanations from either the hospital or gateway gardens.

Grandpas first day and when visiting the facility had TWO employees on duty for 6 buildings. 'because people called in sick'.. Insert eye roll here of not buying this bull. There were call buttons going off and people looking for meds and trying to leave the ground with no employee in sight for over five minutes. My grandpa is blind and almost deaf and their notes claim all he needed was reading glasses with no other help. Needless to say this place is a hot dumpster fire mess that's clearly understaffed which is typical of these kind of places. Hopefully they'll pull their heads out and get with it.

Very nice place. Took care of a family member here and I am very happy we picked this place. They took care of him as long as they could have. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very nice staff. Kim has always been there for any questions or anything from the 3 years my family member has been there. Thank you again staff at Gateway Gardens.
