Many improvements are being made due to a change in management staffing. As an employee of DRV, I am proud to say I am a GNA for them. Care staff of eager & willing to make transitions into a care facility more comfortable for everyone incolved. Residents seem to have a better time adapting since management has been altered.

A nice place to look at but QUALITY CARE is inconsistent or non-existent. Laundry is rarely done even though part of the 'plan.' Items are lost, such as entire sets of bed sheets. We pay a tidy sum for lackadaisical care. I would not recommend this facility unless you want to look at pretty flowers and new buildings.
