When my dad first moved in it was Brookdale it was a great. Now that it is Heron Pointe it has become awful. They have lost so many care givers that he has to wait and wait for help. He gets cold meals uncooked meals. Heron Pointe is awful. Hire more people and teach them to take care of the resident properly.

My mother lived at Brookdale for 3 years and my father in law now lives there. I just want to say how much I appreciate all they did for my mother. They made her last years comfortable and gave her a place to call home. The staff have treated us with love and respect. My father in laws health has improved since moving there. Brookdale has been striving to meet the needs of the residents and I would like to say Thank you. You have helped our family more than you know.
