I have been working for Jefferson Lodge since November 2018 and can say confidently it has the best care associates I Have ever worked with! It is wonderful going to work and experiencing a joyful atmosphere with a care team that works as a team to give the best care to every resident! Beyond caring for residents with physical needs there is an emphasis on social and overall holistic care. The greatest thing about Jefferson Lodge is the overwhelming feeling of genuine love for residents from every associate!

Had to take my mother out of there because she wasn't being taken care of...She Had a diaper rash so bad it's still not healed when I got her home...wouldn't put any one in there....

New staff that are very caring, know how to work with Dementia residents and there is a great family atmosphere.

I worked at Jefferson lodge for about 3 months, fell in love with the residents but the staffing is terrible, Ive witness multiple different types of abuse going from verbal to physical. Hurting the residents while wiping and verbally telling them to shut up. I would never put my family in that facility. The whole staffing area is a cluster of drama and the med techs never assiste the residents with the right health care. Makes me sad they have staff like that taking care of these residents. They never do anything about the reports being done.

I have been working at Jefferson Lodge for over 4 years. Management goes above and beyond to help all staff and make sure everyone is doing their job correctly. We have the best team right now and it's a very positive, professional, and fun environment to work in. We care so much for the residents and we take pride in making sure every person is cared for as if they were our own Grandma's and Grandpa's! I would put my family here in a heart beat! I've been to other communities and Jefferson Lodge is the best one I've ever been to. No doubt Jefferson Lodge is #1 in Dementia Care. We provide monthly Educational meetings on the Third Thursday around 3PM each month and are teamed up with the Alzheimer's Association and have a guest speaker at each meeting. We have nurses available 24 hours a day. There is always a licensed nurse available 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm.
