Crazy Mommy
My mother is currently here because shes has Medicare and there wasnt any other place she wanted to go. In the past she had ok experiences here. I know my mother can be a handful, thats not lost on me, however, her complaints are justified. Shes been left in her own waste ( to our nicely) for hours. One of her nurses has worked DRUNK on several occasions. I have left messages just to get information on how things work (getting her money, how drs visits go, what drs she can see outside The nursing home, etc) I almost never get a call back. The only person who is willing to even try to help me is Megan the activities director. Shes been my saving grace. She calls with updates, sets up meetings so i can see my mother through the window and talk to her, had a parade for the residents. I feel like she is one of the only people who truly care for the residents.
