They can't keep family in contact until they want money.

They treat there own staff like garbage I would hate to be a resident.....

Do not put your family in this place !!!! Some of the stna and nurses there are amazing so sweet and caring . others are hateful and rude. And bully other staff and residents. Alice thr admimistrator is a joke. She is a liar and will talk you in a circle to try to get what she wants . she shorts staffs the building everyday. She has a false precept of what actually happens in the building her favorite statement is 'we are working on it ' nothing ever gets done . Some managers help and pitch in others. Bail out and could care less about what happens. Most nurses there are a joke they sit at the nurses station on their phone . and when stna's report anything they blow them off or tell them they dont know what they are talking about. . they treat the STNAS LIKE DIRTY . THEY RUN THEM IN TO THE GROUND .MANADATIONS EVERYDAY. THE STNAS ARE SO TIRED AND DRAINED. WORST NURSING HOME EVER. PLUS THEY HAVE AN OUT BREAK OF SCABIES FOR WEEKS AND STNAS REPORTED AND REPORTED IT AND THEY BLOW THEM OFF UNSAFE WORK PLACE AND LIVING CONDITIONS NEEDS SHUT DOWN.

The staff are super sweet. The facility is just way under staffed and can't keep up with the amount of patients they have. Not the staff fault, it's the facility. The place is really out dated. Rooms are old and dingy. It's a clean facility just so old. Needs a huge renovation and an owner that cares about the staff and patients.
