Hope to get a place there

Since new management has taken over the maintenance and rules Enforcement have really taken a nosedive. When something needs fixed all you get is excuses and it takes up to three months or more to get them fixed and then they tell you know we dont fix that anymore. You dont know when to believe what you were told and you have no idea what new rule they are going to come up with and how theyre going to ignore the old rules we have young children living here now that disrupt the neighborhood and the manager does nothing to enforce the rules. Amy is just a wind bag full of excuses and Joe the repair man is very unskilled and only gives you excuses as to why he doesnt want to do the repairs. The new management does nothing to in sure the tenants Enjoyed living here they are only after the almighty dollar and will take it from you anyway they can get that I would definitely not recommend renting from faith community for any reason whatsoever find a nice place to live

We love living here , we have been here for over 8 years . there is no steps that we can not longer do. The staff is great if we have some thing go wrong Vicky has it fixed very quickly, thank you for that. If Joe has to come in to fix some thing our dog Izzy loves all over him.Thank you again for building Faith Community .
