I have never met a more rude unprofessional staff I would never think of taking one here I was shocked and surprised at the way I was treated when I came to visit someone the icing and the cake the rudest person of all was a female she said she was the executive a president of the facility horrible horrible horrible customer service the worst The staff and executive director are emotionally unstable and dysfunction. I would be afraid to take anyone here.

My mother has lived there since September. And it is not the most beautiful. No chandeliers! No fancy dining rooms. But I believe they care about their residence. The staff literally think of the residence as family. Lots of the staff have their own family at ElmcrofT. I myself am very thankful for Elmcroft.
