I have been working here as a nurse for several months and I am happy to say I have finally found my work home. I have worked at many other long term care facilities and this one is by FAR the best. Having elderly parents of my own and having had the experience of having to put my own father in a long term care facility I always told myself I would never ever work in a place that I didn't feel that I could put my own parents in. I would definitely feel good if i had to put my parents here. The place is so beautiful and clea . The staff really doncare about the residents. The staff is amazing and we work as a team. No place is perfect and this place isn't perfect but it is pretty damn close.The employees are appreciated.The DON and supervisors are always nice and very easy to work for. I'm so glad i found this place. I expect to be here a long time.

From the facilities to the staff to the location, the CVC is a top-notch organization. I would highly recommend CVC if you are searching for a place for family to live in their golden years. The morale of staff is high as CVC is very generous with staff and the Christ-centered emphasis is seen in everything they do!

Mason Christian Village went above and beyond our expectations in creating a warm and welcoming place for my mother. The staff was always ready to help with whatever she needed and the caring spirit was a comfort to my family, knowing that she was being provided for. The facilities are well maintained, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We are so thankful for MCV and what they did for our family.

My parents have lived at the Christian Village of Mason for over 10 years. They lived in both an independent garden home and an assisted living apartment. They couldnt have been happier in both situations. When I go to visit, I notice things like, cleanliness, furnishings and friendliness of staff. I have never found anything that I was displeased with. My mother still talks about how kind and caring the staff was when my father passed. They are her extended family. The peace of mind my brothers and I have is something money cant buy.

Whether considering options for aging loved ones , or deciding to leave complete independence yourself Christian Village Communities represents an organization committed to the evolving needs of the people who call CVC home. My Grandmother was a resident there prior to the construction of The Grace Center for Restorative Living . Following hospitalization and subsequent need for short term rehabilitation - she received her rehab services at another facility before returning home to CVC. Because of what my Grandmother needed and could not receive at CVC, the decision makers recognized a need and embarked on a campaign to make the necessary service additions to better provide for present and future residents - so they would not have to leave home for short term rehabilitation . To me this is evidence of people who genuinely embrace change and prioritize comprehensive comfort and care not only for their residents , but for the community at large as well.
