Artis Senior Living of Mason

I can't say enough about Artis. My mom had to move from her home where she was living alone, and we first had moved her to another local facility. That place ended up being awful, and we were desperate to find a place where we knew she would be surrounded by people who cared, as well as being cared FOR. A friend, who also has a parent at Artis, told me about it, and how much they liked it. I went and met with Jerry and went on a tour. We proceeded from there to get my mom moved as quickly as possible from the first place. Best best thing we ever did. I am so insanely grateful that she is now with people who are warm and caring. The communication I get is fantastic, and I always feel like I know how my mom is doing. And, she has started to take part in activities. If you know my mom, you know that this is practically a miracle. The ONLY way she would ever do this, is if she felt welcome, and like she was around nice people. They also have events that family members can take part in. I can't say enough, I really can't. It is really the perfect fit for my mom.Oh - have to add, that they have a beautiful and SAFE outdoor area that the residents can spend time in. We love this part!

Our Dad was dying but because of the great care he receives at Artis he has been removed from Hospice and is doing great! Highly recommend this facility!
