I gave two stars due to the fact that a large portion of the staff truly care for the residents. However with that being said they are overworked and under appreciated or at least the decent ones are. The management team seems to praise the employees that call off regularly or only work half the time instead of the ones that break their back day in and day out. I have witnessed more than one on their cell phone when i visit either texting or screaming at someone on the other line as they walk down the wall. The administrator gets snippy with outside people who provide services and with some one the staff. My grandma is safe and does not require a lot of care other than help with meds and reminders for care. This place will and could be great if they take customer service trainings and dementia training.

Our experience is less than comforting, our 86 yr old father has been placed in this Irresponsible and uncaring facility. The staff attitude is not conducive to a place where you would expect for the cost of less than good care. Reconsider before signing. Your family will thank you. Personal care lacks attentive considerations. Very sad.

This is not a safe place. Accidents, fights, and bruises are not reported. Dangerous medications are used on a routine basis. The staff is creepy. Do not place your loved ones here. Please.

This place is unsafe and not a place you want your loved one at. My experience here with my loved one was terrible and heartbreaking. They are not trained in Alzheimer's care. Please do not put your loved one here it's not safe. They will write please contact us with your concerns down below but we did when are loved one was in here and they did nothing. It's all for show. They also were involved with allowing a illegal POA to be signed and used at this place. Which left my loved one care in the hands of a very unstable mentally ill person who claimed to be a nurse who was not a nurse. Along with fake signatures on a POA. Very u safe terrible place. Do not place your loved one here.
