If possible I would rate them zero first i had had medical equipment that i needed my doctor wrote my prescriptions and filled out stacks of paperwork and each time interim left my paperwork sit and expire 2nd never had a problem w theft started noticing things missing around the house like i said never had a problem w theft before so i requested to have the same aide evertime. the one i thought i could trust lol... noticed things still comin up missing had me second guessing my kids everybody... then one day sheriff knocks on door ask if ive had any item's come up missing I said yes how did you know they informed me my aide was arrested for stealing from multiple clients that i should make a report of what was missing and send it to interim got my police report didn't even bother to list everthing contacted interim they shuffled me from person to person and blew me off for months finally after i bothered them enough they said I needed to talk to bryan crum he was the one that would settle it he told me they needed an appraisal so I showed him a current appraisal told him gold and silver prices change by minute to go too Google type in current gold and silver spot prices then they said I had to show proof of purchase I did then they said i had no proof it was her!!! sorry!!! They said I should report it to my renters insurance that the only way they would do anything was if i had video proof of her taking the little bit of stuff i had put up for emergencies my kids whatever it's a shame i struggle to get by already and the little bit of what i had gave me a little piece of mind not only did they steal what my gramma left for me and a few little things like tablet and a broken laptop and just random stuff but they stole my trust in people and now I'm suffering and lacking the help i need because of it... unless you have cameras all over your home I would not suggest interim health care
