Carriage Court of Lancaster offers all residents a cozy home like feel as well as being a family. Everyday I see the warmth and happiness in our residents, and that's why I love my job, seeing them truly enjoy themselves, making friends, and great memories is how it should always be for anyone in assisted living, and that is the case for Carriage Court of Lancaster. I'm very proud to be part of a team that works very hard everyday and will continue to deliver our best for our residents. Walked into the facility for a tour and stood in the foyer for 10 minutes. Several employees walked past me, one employee passed me twice, and not once was I acknowledged. No one asked if I was there to see anyone, meet anyone, if they could assist me with anything. I work in a facility as a nurse, and I couldn't imagine walking past someone and not inquiring as to if they have been helped/assisted yet.
