Had the pleasure of visiting a friend in the memory care unit today for a couple hours. Have been to many of these places through the years. I was very impressed with the good and friendly attitude of the staff. All residents got attention and interaction from all staff members. There didn't seem to be a shortage of staff. No residents ignored. No one sitting alone and idle. Residents chatting with staff and each other. I only give three stars because I was only there a few hours and rated from what I saw. No one seemed to be faking. Very relaxed and attentive. Residents calm and agreeable.
