My mother lived at The Kempton for one and a half years. As her previous caregiver for 8+ years, I was especially particular about her care. I found the staff to be responsive to her needs as well as to my requests on her behalf. The staff in general exhibited a deeply caring nature, and when her needs shifted considerably near the end of her stay, staff rose to meet new challenges. I was impressed by the staffs willingness to keep me informed, and by their attention to subtle changes in her well-being. I felt as though I was able to rely on The Kempton to take care of her when I could not.
