I love this place. The home is beautiful, the rooms are very large. But the most amazing thing is the staff. I live in California and my Aunt lives at Cross Creek. I have had the staff reach out to me numerous times to discuss her needs and care, and not just the normal stuff. One spent 30 minutes with me on the phone helping me find support hose that would work. Another went above and beyond to help us fix my aunt's cell phone. They have dismantled and reassembled her crazy sleep number bed twice because she said it wasn't comfortable and all the time were kind and caring. They have taken the time to get to know her and do everything they can to ensure she is well. Thank you Cross Creek, I am glad we chose you!

I was at Cross Creek during the lunch period and witnessed one of the patients spilling a full cup of coffee on herself. She was visibly upset but no one helped clean her up. I dont know how hot this coffee was.... but she just sat there in the mess. This is a very expensive place and I am quite concerned by this incident.
