I wish I could give 0 stars. BEWARE!! Lazy staff!! Sleeping at night. Neglectful of patients.

This institution is beyond reprehensible. They are facing charges of elder abuse for illegally restraining a frail man suffering from Parkinson's, shackling him with rope to his wheelchair. The nursers are judgmental and unprofessional, making passive aggressive comments to the residents. This is neither a safe nor a welcoming institution, certainly not living up to the Christian ideals that their message preaches. I would warn anybody from trusting a loved one to Epiphany Assisted Living.
