My mother has lived her for about a year. We pulled her out of another facility as the care was not good (my sister is a RN). The staff here are great, there are nurses on staff - not just the day shift. I should add the kitchen chef and staff even take the time to get to know the residents, and the food is good. It is a smaller facility so it has more of a 'home feel'. Please do not pick a facility because it is nice and large, we made that mistake at the last place. My mother is safe and well cared for here, all that we can ask.

Great care, food and wonderful caring staff that strive to go above and beyond for residents. Clean and superb facility. Not to mention, it truly is a beautiful facility all around.

I think it should be disclosed that the review written by Quentin was made while he was the Director of the facility. I do not know if he did or did not have a family member living at edgemont but I highly doubt it. A director giving a fake review is pretty tacky and I hope it gets taken down. I do not think the facility deserves a 1 star review but I will give it that until I see that the post is removed.

Memory care community that caters specifically to the population living with Alzheimer's/Dementia. Home like atmosphere ideal for grandpa, or grandma to live comfortably. Community bus transportation brings residents on outings chaperoned by management and senior staff.
