Convenient living for my grandmother. Close to major freeways so everyone in the family can easily visit. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to our requests. I highly recommend the it here for independent senior living

Although they are trying to make the place better, they seem to keep falling further behind. In our theater room our flat-screen TV was stolen one night back in early November 2018. They caught the theif. But still in January 2019 they have not purchase a replacement large flat-screen TV saying that they have to wait for the already 3 month delayed kitchen to be built. Instead they put a small bedroom size flat-screen TV in its place. They said that they were going to build a kitchen for us that was to be ready in mid November but still in mid January they are Trucking in food and rewarming it in a kitchen that's not complete. Although affordable it is slowly becoming Out Of Reach. They recently changed our lease to be month to month and therefore giving them the right to change the rent with 30 days notice. Well in the last 6 months there's been 2 rent increases. For all the things that I know, would I still rent here? I would say it's a maybe! As a residence now I'm hopeful that they will continue the progress and keep it affordable.
