Home Care Assistance is a great company, people are very responsive and follow up with every detail. I was very uneasy with leaving my grandmother in someone elses care but they continuously reassure me that I made the right decision. They do assesments and follow up visits and answer any concerns I have at any time of day. I highly recommend this company!

I contacted Home Care Assistance Bethesda when my Uncle fell down the steps and broke his foot and elbow. The women in our family were having a hard time caring for him. After I spoke with an employee they were able to explain my options for having someone come in and help him until he could get around on his own. It made a world of a difference!
