Brighton Gardens of Friendship Heights

Brighton Gardens has been a great place for my mother during the last two years. It is a place of dignity. The staff is professional and attentive. Even at age 89, Mom is more alert and has more energy than many of the residents there and loves the location, access to the community center, all the activities that Brighton provides on a regular basis. It really is first class and it's a huge relief for my sister and me to know that she is being well cared for. Mom has told us several times how happy she is there and how grateful she is that we found such a fine place for her to live out the rest of her years.Additional Note: Now, six years later, she is 95 and has moved to the second floor memory care unit. The transition went smoothly and the level of care has increased but, of course, so has the price. It is an expensive place to live but my sister and I continue to believe in the choice we have made in caring for her.
