Not worth the cost. Having said that, I believe the working staff is as good as I have seen in my 60 years of experience in the health care system. I stress 'working staff' not a director-ship who , as a RN was not up to the job and showed no management expertise at all.In large facilities I would recommend a director with extensive personnel management experience . A RN could be a staff member if requiredAs an 'independent' the amenities are not worth the cost and leaving is being seriously considered.
