This place is awesome! My Mother has been there for about 6 months and the staff is so sweet and so understanding with her and her needs. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure she is happy. I travel for a living and the staff knows my schedule and keeps me updated with any changes to my Mothers condition. Top notch place. And.... the staff members are cute! You know who you are. Lol

So I dont usually take the time out to put reviews online but I had to say something after visiting my aunt last week. I live out of state so I dont get to see her often but I must say that I am impressed! I was a little skeptical when I heard that the family was considering to place her in an environment such as this but Im glad they did. The staff knows her better than we do, they gave me a full run down on how shes been doing since she moved in. My cousin and I sat with Emma and not only did she listen to my cousins concerns she actually was familiar with my aunt and her changes/challenges to give advice that made sense. All I can say is thank you to the team at grand villa, I know my aunt can be a handful at times but you guys make it looks so easy. My family and I appreciate all that you guys have done and continue to do and couldnt be happier.

I have been with Grand Villa of Deland for almost three years. My residents have become my family. I can honestly say that the managment team does what they can not only for the residents, but for the staff as well. They acknowledge not only the big things, but also the little things that we do. My job is definitely not an easy one, but it is definitely rewarding to me. The relationships we build with our residents is amazing! Every single one of them are unique in their own ways. I love my job and enjoy working with staff and management.

I am very impressed with this facility. Every time I go there I see how wonderful and caring these people are to their residents. I Especially would like to recognize Angel Ballentine (Lead Med Tech), Emma (RCS), and Erienne (RAC). There are many more in that facility that do an amazing job also. It is also one of the cleanest places I have been in!!

My Mother-In-Law was one of the first ten into Grand Villa Assisted Living, Deland, Fl. My Mother followed shortly after, until she passed, and my Mother-In-Law eventually was moved to Memory Care for extra assistance and her safety. Barney has been simply great with the people in Memory Care and they almost seem to act as a family with him looking out for them. We visited many times, now once a week and we are always pleased to see Barney and the staff taking care of the people. Toni, Ede, Christian, and all the rest are just great. This place is the best we found after searching the east coast from Jacksonville to Port Orange, and West as well. Please make a visit and see for yourself, and your loved one.
