Admin staff that claims to be in charge of medical records is rude as can be to visitors. Patient care here is horrible. I'm starting to think my family member would be better of anywhere else.

I was recently a resident at this facility. The experience was horrible. The staff is rude at times. Night time we only had one CNA so they kept telling my roommate and I that we werent the only patients there and that they had other patients to take care or too. The meals were always late. Housekeeping rarely ever came in to clean my room. When they did it was always a girl names Juanita. She always had headphones in so she could never even hear me asking when shed be back. They stole from me while I was there too. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

I came to this facility in December 2018 after a stroke. I received therapy and it went very well. Before i was not able to write and i am now able to write after therapy and can use my left side again. I enjoy the food and the company. I am pleased with the attention the cnas are able to give me. They do well here with keeping my bed and room clean. I am very satisfied with my stay here.
