I was here after surgery taking antibiotics food was outstanding the personnel was always nice I highly recommend this place

The care my mother received was great-the only negative thing is that we had to make several calls regarding not receiving all of her.clothing. We were given cloths that were not hers. If you have family there I recommend you do their laundry=

I cannot say enough on how well the staff did with my mother in law. She passed away today and we could not be with her so the staff FaceTime us and never left her side. That meant so much and helped comfort my wife through this time. Thank you copper trace!!!!!

My dad has been in the rehab part of Copper Trace since Thanksgiving. When touring different facilities it was abundantly clear that Copper Trace was meticulously clean (didn't have that 'facility smell'). During the tour, their staff was also very joyous and they continue to be! The admissions director was instrumental in getting my dad's insurance approved, insuring for a seamless transfer from the hospital to Copper Trace. He has had some excellent nurses, that really take an interest in his needs. All of the staff personally interact with him and challenge him to do his best and get involved. You see the same faces on a regular basis, insuring the continuity of care. The therapies he receives have made such a huge difference in his progress. Medically, they are addressing all of his needs in a timely manner. They even have transportation to appointments if needed! My dad says the food is fantastic too! I couldn't be more grateful that this part of his journey is going so well. Very thankful!
