Grand View Alzheimer's Special Care Center

DANGEROUS PLACE!!!!!

My dear Mom was a resident at Grand View, Peoria Illinois, for 6 years. I can not recommend Grand View more highly. The staff are utterly professional and compassionate. Grand View is spotlessly clean. The meals are extremely well made. There are so many activities for the residents. This illness is not easy for anyone. But Grand View, Peoria, Illinois, were wonderful to my dear Mom and us. They provided the very best possible care. Grand View is love.

I am eternally grateful for the care that so many wonderful people at Grand View gave to my mother. The facility is beautiful, but beyond that... the bond between my mom and those that cared for her was amazing. My mom was a special lady... and I feel fortunate that we were able to find such a wonderful place to call home while we battled through her dementia.

Grand View is a great choice for memory care. They have outstanding leadership and staff that provide excellent care for their residents. Dementia is difficult to deal with and the Grand View program meets the challenges of each resident in a respectful manner. I've seen it first-hand and would encourage anyone to meet with them to learn how they excel.

I am a regular random visitor of this faclity. It's a great atmosphere and the staff are always very professional and friendly. I have a family member that works there, and during my frequent visists I am always greeted with respect and offered to assist with activities and such. The Office manager in the front is the single most amazing person, and she seems to love what she does. What a charm she is!! The manager of the facility, Julie, is a very professional and caring person, and seems to have lots of love for each indiviual staff and resident. On occassion I get a chance to speak with her in passing and she always greets me and initiate small chatter with a taste of humor. Julie is 'Wonder Woman' in disguise!!!!! If I was in search for employment I would greatly consider Grandview Alzheimer's Special Care Center where the staff are super, the atmosphere is amazingly welcoming, and the residents are truly loved and cared for. Awesome place and people!!!!!!!
