Cantata Adult Life Services

I had to get a lab test, but I didn't want to go out in the public to get one. Cantata made all the arrangements and it was very convenient! I didn't even have to get out of my apartment! I also liked that the doctor called my daughter with the results.

June 19, 2020I am related to and oversee the care of one of Cantatas independent living residents. With that comes the responsibility to visit often and to keep in touch with the staff. I have nothing but praise for the entire Cantata staff. They were great before but they have exceeded my expectations during this pandemic. Ive spoken with so many of them, either they call me or Ive called them to get updates, and yes, even with the CEO, on a Sunday! There has been excellent communication .I believe the safety and well-being of their residents and staff has been their top priority. From virus testing (often), to daily temperature taking, meal delivery, scheduling laundry, mail/package delivery, groceries/prescriptions, just to name some of the areas where protocols had to be put in place.For Mothers day, I visited from the street, seeing and waving up to the window and talking by cell phone. With the warmer weather and in time for Fathers day, this week, Cantata offered in-person outdoor visits. From a reservation, then a sign in at the security checkpoint, to your designated meeting/seating area, of course with social distancing, all wearing masks, it became a wonderful reality. HEROES WORK HERE!

I had an amazing Mother's Day at Cantata! Watching my family drive around my apartment, and yelling Happy Mother's day to me while I was in my Apartment window was an awesome experience! I could communicate, share our love, and feel close to my family! Thank you to Cheryle for always going above and beyond for the residents and this event was extraordinary!

Cantata has been especially great since this pandemic began. They've accommodated staff who can work remotely & reward direct and support care staff on campus. They've been really good about offering paid time off & keeping everyone safe!

I live at Cantata, and they are doing a great job keeping us safe from the Virus. They are taking several precautions and measures to protect us! I feel safe and appreciate everything Cantata is doing!
