I've worked at Highgate for a few months now and absolutely love coming to work everyday. The atmosphere is so welcoming, from the cheerful residents to the great staff. It's like a family here, always something going on that everyone can join in on.

I have worked at this facility for a little over a month. I love coming to work because it is such a positive environment. The residents are always happy and cheerful and very polite and the highgate staff is exceptional! I love that they always have something interactive going on for residents and there is something for everyone from cottage to manor! Excellent facility .
