My grandma's best friend lives here. It is great and affordable. Most of the people are nice. The apartments are cozy, the community area is always bright and clean. The staff are great. The only thing we could say is disappointing (Hence the 3 stars) would be the new president of residents. She reminds us of those girls off of that movie 'Mean Girls'. Many of the residents aren't happy, they feel subjugated by her. A very loyal and wonderful employee quit working there due to her.I guess wherever you go there's always that one person that doesn't make it worth it.My opinion, the manager is great but a push-over when it comes to the new president of residents. A living community shouldn't have a dictator, but a cohesiveness with the residents. They pay to live there, they don't pay to be treated the way they do by that one person.If you can ignore them, you should get along great with everyone else. They are really nice people to be around.

Nice place to live if you belong to a certain church, but residents can be cruel to other residents not of their faith and file complaints against them to make them want to move out...not the way I was raised to believe that people of faith should treat others It looks pretty on the surface, but there are issues with management too and they do not always treat the seniors with respect
