Havenwood Caregiver Services is a local gem in the Treasure Valley! They are lovely people that provide a lovely service for disabled/elderly individuals. Ive worked with them for over a year giving care to my mother and I would highly recommend them to any family!!

If you're looking for a job or somewhere to have a loved one cared for, this is the place, their standard of care is amazing. Michelle in the office is so down to earth & easy to work with on anything you need, I just love her. Really a great company all around, would highly recommend!

Havenwood is NOT like any other agency that I have worked for. It is a family business with productive and fun people to work with. When dealing with people who are responsible for the care of loved ones, its imperative to be prompt, flexible, clear, honest and compassionate. Havenwood gets my highest recommendation for the service and support they provide in all five of these areas. For the past year I've been fighting a major health issues, Michelle and Terry reached out on personal and professional level to make sure my work schedule was compatible with my treatment and weekly reminder through phone calls, texts and personal cards reminding me that I am not alone. At the same time they made sure the quality care to my Client NEVER suffered. Excellent care provided whether you are a Caregiver or Client, you become one of the Family.

I contracted Havenwood to provide my ailing mother with homecare services. I am extremely happy with them. The caregivers are great, they take excellent care of my mom which was diagnosed with Alzheimer, Dementia and became also blind. The ladies are sweet with my mom, I can't ask for better service.The stuff in the office is very professional, respond promptly and inform me properly when a caregiver will be replaced due to unforeseen issues.My account Manager, Michelle Nisen provides excellent service.I highly recommend Havenwood, I am very lucky to have them taking care of my mom.
