Greenhouse Apartments

I've emailed them repeatedly about being overcharged on rent. It's been going on for a year now without resolution. I haven't had maintenance requests completed since November 2019.Edit: I've called the office and emailed the property manager several times including Greystar properties They should be aware of the issues.

Families and college students... But we'll kept and maintained!

I only gave 1 star because it would not let me give 0 stars. After stating that my fiance and I would be living together, the personnel at the office used 'she' pronouns to describe my male partner. Once I stated that she is in fact a 'he' the office no longer says fiance but instead says 'roommate'. Fair housing does not exist here. As stated in other reviews of other residents, leaking has occurred multiple times and the maintenance employees have stated there is nothing they can do in regards to the water in the walls. I work for property management and I know this causes further water damage that may lead to mold or other structural damages. After bringing up the concern of the further damages that it might cause, the maintenance employees said it needs to dry and there is nothing further they can do. Which is not how leaks in the walls and the roof really work. My fiance and I had to live with a dead RAT, not mouse, but RAT in our utility closet for a couple of weeks due to maintenance never coming. We put in a work order for the garbage disposal and ice machine that also was not working upon move in and then they finally came out asking if there is anything else we had concerns about. HOW ABOUT THE DEAD RAT WE REQUESTED TO BE REMOVED THAT HAS BEEN ROTTING IN THE CLOSET SINCE BEFORE WE MOVED IN? And the nest has not been removed months later. Like I state I work in fair housing and property management, I know the laws from this, to the laws about lead and mold. The other reviews from other tenants violate both within the state of Georgia. The maintenance personnel's lack of experience and knowledge is very concerning. I know whatever I am charged for as far as water damage or molding/lead based paint they will try and charge me for after we move out, will not be paid by me but by the company and their lack of care and expertise. You get what you pay for. These apartments are not the best nor are they the worst. They are 30 years old and the AC/Heating is very inefficient due to there age. The area is nice, but declined in safety and how things are cleaned. 2 Reports of Break ins were near my building. Too many people outside loitering. Not safe unless you are looking for trouble after sundown. Note that they will charge you for everything under the sun. Please make sure you document and take pictures of EVERYTHING prior to move in. Though, the staff is really nice and helpful and were quick with solving problems that I had. Shout out to Joe and Mariah! You guys rock!

Nasty place to live. Dumpsters are always overflowing at this complex. Residents are not protected from crime and break ins. Our apartment had a very strong odor of weed that the management would not fix. Roach infested and managment did not care. Probably rat infested too because dumpters are always full and overflowing. This complex should be shut down by the county due to health violations. Dirty and umkempt pools.
